About American Ventures structure
American Ventures is privately owned. Although the companies are organized by function, all real estate issues are addressed by a cohesive, multi-disciplinary team. The Investment Committee, which internally reviews and approves every new investment, is comprised of the chief executive officer as well as the heads of asset management, finance, and research. Members of the Asset Management Committee review all asset management issues concerning all managed properties. The committee includes the heads of asset management, finance, research, property management, tenant services, and accounting.
